Obligation to keep us informed. You need to keep us and Purchasing Agencies informed of matters that could adversely affect the Services. 9.1 You will keep us and all relevant Purchasing Agencies informed, as early as practicable, of material matters that will, or are likely to, adversely affect the provision or quality of the Services or your ability to perform your obligations under this Marketplace Agreement or any Agency Purchase Agreement.
