Following termination or withdrawal from the Agreement, a Party shall remain liable for all obligations arising hereunder prior to the effective date of termination or withdrawal, including all obligations accrued prior to the effective date, imposed on the Party by this Agreement or the ISO Tariffs or other ISO Related Agreements.
