Common use of Obligations and Credits Clause in Contracts

Obligations and Credits. All Prepaid Amounts attributable to the Properties or other amounts paid by Seller (including amounts paid pursuant to an authorization for expenditure) prior to the Effective Time in respect of the Properties for services performed (or to be performed) or goods purchased (or to be purchased) after the Effective Time, and not otherwise taken into account in the Preliminary Settlement Statement, shall be reimbursed to Seller by Buyer as provided in this Section 6.4. Seller shall estimate the above amounts and incorporate such estimate into the Preliminary Settlement Statement. The actual amounts (to the extent the same differ from the estimates included in the Preliminary Settlement Statement) shall be accounted for in the Final Settlement Statement.

All Prepaid Amounts attributable to the Properties Purchased Assets or other amounts paid by Seller (including amounts paid pursuant to an authorization for expenditure) prior to the Effective Time in respect of the Properties Purchased Assets for services performed (or to be performed) or goods purchased (or to be purchased) and attributable to the period after the Effective Time, and not otherwise taken into account in the Preliminary Settlement Statement, shall be reimbursed to Seller by Buyer Purchaser as provided in this Section 6.4. Seller shall estimate the above amounts and incorporate such estimate into the Preliminary Settlement Statement. The actual amounts (to the extent the same differ from the estimates included in the Preliminary Settlement Statement) shall be accounted for in the Final Settlement Statement.

Seller shall estimate the above amounts and incorporate such estimate into the Preliminary Settlement Statement. The actual amounts (to the extent the same differ from the estimates included in the Preliminary Settlement Statement) shall be accounted for in the Final Settlement Statement.
