Obligations Owed to Third Parties. Service Provider represents and warrants that all obligations owed to third Parties with respect to the activities contemplated to be undertaken by the Service Provider pursuant to this Agreement are or will be fully satisfied by the Service Provider so that DCA will not have any obligations with respect thereto.
