OBLIGATIONS UNDER CONTRACTS. Seller will keep and perform all of the obligations to be performed by Seller under any contracts affecting the Property. OBLIGATIONS UNDER CONTRACTS. During the term of any lease, operating agreement, license, concession or other contract or agreement in which the each of the Borrowers or its Material Subsidiaries have an interest or to which it is a party, each of the Borrowers and its Material Subsidiaries will faithfully observe, perform and discharge the covenants, conditions and obligations relating to non-financial aspects imposed on it thereby, except to the extent that failure to so observe, perform and discharge, could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

OBLIGATIONS UNDER CONTRACTS. All obligations of Seller under the Purchased Contracts arising and to be performed on or after the Closing Date, and excluding any such obligations arising or to be performed prior to the Closing Date; and
OBLIGATIONS UNDER CONTRACTS. Each of the Borrower, BSI and BSE shall perform all its obligations under any contract to which it is a party and which is material to the operation of its Business or the ownership of its property as well as acquit all its debts as they become due.
