Common use of Obligations Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Obligations Upon Termination. Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Parties shall have no further obligations hereunder except for obligations that arose prior to or arise upon such expiration or termination and obligations that expressly survive such expiration or termination pursuant to this Agreement, provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the rights and obligations set out in Section 4 (Indemnification), Section 7 (Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes) shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Upon the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Parties neither party shall have no any further obligations obligation hereunder except for obligations that arose accruing prior to the date of termination, and those obligations, promises or arise upon such expiration or termination and obligations that covenants contained herein which are expressly survive such expiration or termination pursuant made to this extend beyond the term of the Agreement, provided that, notwithstanding anything to the contrary . Such as in this Agreement, the rights and obligations set out in Section 4 (Indemnification), Section 7 (Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes) shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement8.2.
