Occupancy Term. The term of this Agreement begins August 21, 2020 and ends on May 1, 2021, unless terminated earlier as provided herein (“Term”). Incoming/new Spring and Summer agreements are binding for the respective single academic term only. Resident understands that Residence Halls are closed during Christmas break (December 12, 2020 – January 9, 2021), as designated by the University, and will reopen the Saturday before classes resume in the Spring Term (January 9, 2021). Resident acknowledges that if he/she does not arrange for Residence Hall occupancy in the school year following the termination of this Agreement, Resident must check-out no later than 24 hours after his/her last final for the term or by the last day of finals week, whichever is earlier. Room occupancy otherwise terminates on, and Resident’s room must be vacated by, May 1, 2021. LATE DEPARTURE REQUESTS: (If Resident will be graduating, or has filed and received approval for a late departure request with the Residence Life and Housing Office, the final occupancy date for Resident’s room may be extended, to a date identified in writing by the University.)
Occupancy Term. Buyer shall allow Seller to occupy the Property until the _ day of 9 , at o’clock □ am/ □ pm (“Possession Date”). This time 10 period from time of Closing to Possession Date shall be known as the “Occupancy Term”.
Occupancy Term. (a) The City shall take possession of the Property on the Delivery Date. (b) The term of this Lease Agreement shall commence on the Delivery Date and shall end on the Scheduled Termination Date, unless such term is extended or sooner terminated as hereinafter provided. (c) If all of the Property shall be taken under the power of eminent domain, and the City does not elect to cause alternate real property to be substituted for all or a portion of the Property pursuant to, and in accordance with the provisions of, Section 8.03 hereof, as provided in clause (i) of Section 5.07(c) hereof but, rather, elects to deliver or cause to be delivered any award made in eminent domain proceedings for such taking to the Trustee for the application to the redemption, pursuant to Section 4.01 of the Indenture, of all or a portion of the Outstanding Bonds, as provided in clause (ii) of Section 5.07(c) hereof, then, on the date that possession thereof shall be so taken, the term of this Lease Agreement shall terminate. (d) If, prior to the Scheduled Termination Date, all Bonds shall be fully paid, or deemed paid in accordance with Article X of the Indenture, then, on the date of such payment or deemed payment, the term of this Lease Agreement shall terminate. (e) If on the Scheduled Termination Date, the Rental Payments payable hereunder shall have been abated at any time and for any reason, then the term of this Lease Agreement shall be extended until the date upon which all such Rental Payments shall have been paid in full, except that the term of this Lease Agreement shall in no event be extended more than ten years beyond the Scheduled Termination Date. (f) Upon the termination of the term of this Lease Agreement (other than as provided in Section 7.01 hereof), and the first date upon which the Bonds are no longer Outstanding, all right, title and interest in and to the Property shall vest in the City. Upon any such termination or expiration, the Authority and the Trustee shall execute such conveyances, deeds and other documents as may be necessary to effect such vesting of record.
Occupancy Term. Occupancy of the Premises and commencement of rentals payments shall be for a term (hereinafter called the “Term”) of year(s) commencing on the day of , in the year , unless sooner terminated in accordance with the Provisions hereof.
Occupancy Term. This agreement is an agreement for office space in the New College Student Centre for a period commencing Monday August 24, 2020 at 12:30PM (hereafter referred to as the “Occupancy Date”) and ending no later than Friday April 30, 2021 at 12:30PM (hereafter referred to as the “Planned Vacancy Date”), unless terminated earlier by the College pursuant to the provisions of this agreement. These dates are also permitted to be changed at the discretion of the College. All groups must re-apply for space on an annual basis. The SCO will not pay an Occupancy Fee for the use of the Office Space. 3.1.1 Move-in Period
Occupancy Term. This agreement is an agreement for office space in the New College Student Centre for a period commencing Monday, August 21, 2023 at 12:30PM (hereafter referred to as the “Occupancy Date”) and ending no later than Friday April 26, 2024 at 12:30PM (hereafter referred to as the “Planned Vacancy Date”), unless terminated earlier by the College pursuant to the provisions of this agreement. These dates are also permitted to be changed at the discretion of the College. All SCOs under this agreement must re-apply for space, and no offer of space in one year is a guarantee of space in subsequent years. The SCO will not pay an Occupancy Fee for the use of the Office Space. 3.1.1 Move-in Period
Occupancy Term. 3.1 The Tenant shall take occupancy of the Premises on January 1, 1996. However as of 12/23/1996 Landlord shall make the Premises available to Tenant so Tenant may prepare the Premises for its use. 3.2 The Original Term of this Lease shall be for a period of 8 years commencing upon January 1, 1996 and expiring on December 31, 2004. As used herein the term "Original Term shall be defined as the 1st 8 years of the Lease. 3.3 Provided Tenant shall not then be in default, under any of the agreements and conditions hereof beyond the applicable grace period, nor have sublet or assigned any portion of the Premises, Tenant shall have the right, at its election, to renew the Original Term hereof for a minimum period of 2 years, commencing upon the expiration of the Original Term, provided, further, that Tenant must give Landlord notice of its election hereunder on or before July 1, 2003. The expression "the Original Term" means the period of 8 Years referred to in Section 3.2. Prior to the exercise by Tenant of said election to extend the Original Term, the expression "the term of this lease" shall mean the Original Term; after the exercise by Tenant of the aforesaid election, the expression "the term of this lease" shall mean the Original Term as extended. Landlord and Tenant agree that all terms and conditions pertaining to the Lease as it may be extended from the Original Term of the lease to the extended term shall be the same as provided for herein.

Occupancy Term. The term of this Summer Agreement begins May 6, 2019 and, unless earlier terminated as provided herein, will automatically end on August 21, 2019 Individuals that are here for summer session(s) but are not enrolled in the upcoming fall semester and/or do not have a Fall 2019 housing assignment will have to vacate their summer assignment by 5pm, August 5, 2019 as this is when the contract ends for individuals not enrolled and/or not living on campus for the upcoming fall semester. Students will have pro-rated refunds based on when they check-out.
Occupancy Term. The City shall take possession of the Property on the‌ Closing Date.
