Any time after Oct. 15 but prior to Feb. 15 An employee whose work is judged unsatisfactory based on district evaluation criteria shall be notified in writing of the specific areas of deficiencies along with a reasonable program for improvement. A probationary period of sixty (60) school days shall be established as per RCW 28A.405.100. Notice of non- renewal may follow. Mid-Nov. Must be evaluated within the first ninety (90) calendar days of the commencement of employment. Both observations must be completed.
