Offer of Dedication. The city shall have the first and last offer of dedication of required open space. Dedication shall take the form of a fee simple ownership. The city may, but shall not be required to, accept required open space.
Offer of Dedication. BlackRock shall prepare and execute an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication, Easement Deed and all other documents reasonably necessary to convey the Water Supply Well and Remaining Capacity to the Town of Hinesburg for use as part of the municipal water supply system.
Offer of Dedication. Cadiz shall irrevocably dedicate its interest in 5,000 AFY of groundwater that may be appropriated by the Cadiz Water Project pursuant to the terms and conditions previously established by the County, for beneficial use by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and the Authority at no cost. This dedication will include up to 1,500 AFY to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and up to 3,500 AFY to the Authority for beneficial use as may be determined in their individual discretion. Cadiz may meet up to 500 AFY of this obligation by installing alternative reasonable and feasible technology that causes water quality standards at Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx groundwater xxxxx to meet all California Drinking Water Standards for domestic use. The entirety of these actions in support of the dedication will be at the sole cost and expense of Cadiz and at no cost to Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx and the Authority.
Offer of Dedication. In accordance with the provision of Government Code Section 66475 et seq., an offer by LANDOWNER to transfer real property, or an interest therein, to CITY, City Agency or Public Agency pursuant to the provisions of the Plans and Project Entitlements. Exhibit I provides the form of the Dedication agreement if the Offer of Dedication is not set out on the tentative and final subdivision map or if the Parties desire to specify the terms of the Dedication and the acceptance of the property or interest therein.
Offer of Dedication. So long as the estimated well drillers (raw) yield is greater than 160 gpm, BlackRock shall prepare and execute an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication, Easement Deed and all other documents reasonably necessary to convey the Water Supply Well to the Town of Hinesburg, therefore becoming part of the municipal water supply system.

(2) There is no cost of acquisition other than any cost incidental to the transfer of ownership such as title insurance; and
(3) The city agrees to and has access to maintain such lands. Where the city accepts dedication of required open space that contain improvements, the city may require the posting of financial security to ensure satisfactory functioning and structural integrity of improvements for a term not to exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of acceptance of dedication. The amount of financial security shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the actual cost of installation of said improvements.

(1) Such land is accessible to the residents of the city;
(2) There is no cost of acquisition other than any cost incidental to the transfer of ownership such as title insurance; and
(3) The city agrees to and has access to maintain such lands. Where the city accepts dedication of open space (undivided lands) that contain improvements, the city may require the posting of financial security to ensure satisfactory functioning and structural integrity of improvements for a term not to exceed eighteen (18) months from the date of acceptance of dedication. Upon issuance of the first Zoning permit for the Project, BlackRock shall prepare and execute an Irrevocable Offer of Dedication, Easement Deed and all other documents reasonably necessary to convey the lands to the Town of Hinesburg, therefore becoming part of the town park/recreation network.
