Common use of Offer to Designate Clause in Contracts

Offer to Designate. The Seller may from time to time, at its sole discretion, offer to designate additional Eligible Accounts as Accounts to the Buyer, subject to the conditions specified in Section 2.5(b). If any such offer is accepted by the Buyer, the Sold Receivables and the Related Security originated in such Additional Accounts will be sold to the Buyer on the Addition Date specified in the related Addition Notice.
