Office and Other Facilities. The Adviser shall furnish to the Fund office space in the offices of the Adviser or in such other place as may be agreed upon by the parties hereto from time to time, and all necessary office facilities and equipment. Such office space shall be only that as needed for receipt of mail and for the performance of any trustee or officer duties by any personnel of the Adviser who may from time to time agree to perform such duties;
