Office Use/Union Representatives. ‌ (a) Union representatives shall be permitted entry to the Employer's premises in order to carry out their required duties. Union representatives shall notify the designated supervisor in advance of this requirement and shall also indicate the purpose for entering. Union representatives shall not interfere with the operational requirements of the Employer. (b) The Employer shall make available to union representatives, temporary use of an office or similar facility to conduct confidential investigation of grievances. (c) Union representatives include the President, staff, stewards and executive members. (d) The Employer shall allow reasonable use of assembly rooms or similar facilities for the purpose of conducting union meetings on the employee's time.
