Common use of Officer Benefits Clause in Contracts

Officer Benefits. Officer shall be eligible to participate in such of Corporation’s benefits and deferred compensation plans as are now generally available or later made generally available to executive officers of Corporation, if any, including, without limitation, the Incentive Plans, profit sharing plans and bonus plans. For purposes of establishing the length of service under any benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective Date.

Officer Benefits. Officer shall be eligible to participate in such of Corporation’s benefits and deferred compensation plans as are now generally available or later made generally available to executive officers of Corporation, if any, including, without limitation, the Executive Retirement Plan, the Incentive PlansPlans (and any implementation thereof or incentive award thereunder), profit sharing plans plans, dental and bonus medical plans, personal catastrophe and disability insurance, and any other perquisites that may be adopted from time to time by the Corporation or adopted in accordance with the compensation policies of the Compensation Committee. For purposes of establishing the length of service under any benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective DateMay 1, 1993.

At Officer’s election, Corporation will pay or reimburse Officer for the premium for a supplemental term life insurance policy having a policy limit not to exceed $2,000,000. For purposes of establishing the length of service under any benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective DateOctober 20, 1998.

For purposes of establishing the length of service under any benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s 's employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective DateMay 1, 1997.

Officer shall be eligible to participate in such of Corporation’s benefits and deferred compensation plans as are now generally available or later made generally available to executive officers of Corporation, if any, including, without limitation, the Incentive Plans, and any implementation thereof or incentive award thereunder, profit sharing plans, annual physical examinations, dental and medical plans, personal catastrophe and disability insurance, financial planning, retirement plans and bonus supplementary executive retirement plans, if any. For purposes of establishing the length of service under any benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective DateOctober 20, 1998.

Officer shall be eligible to participate in such of Corporation’s benefits employee health, welfare, and deferred compensation benefit plans as are now generally available or later made generally available to executive officers of Corporation, if any, including, without limitation, dental and medical plans, personal catastrophe and disability insurance, and any other perquisites that may be adopted from time to time by the Incentive Plans, profit sharing plans and bonus plansCorporation or adopted in accordance with the compensation policies of the Compensation Committee. For purposes of establishing the length of service under any benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective DateMay 1, 1993.

Officer Benefits. Officer shall be eligible to participate in such of Corporation’s benefits and deferred compensation plans as are now generally available or later made generally available to executive officers of Corporation, if any, including, without limitation, the Incentive Plans, profit sharing plans dental and bonus medical plans, personal catastrophe and disability insurance, perquisites, and retirement plans. For purposes of establishing the length of service under any benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective DateMay 12, 2003.

Officer Benefits. Officer shall be eligible to participate in such of Corporation’s benefits and deferred compensation plans as are now generally available or later made generally available to executive officers of Corporation, if any, including, without limitation, the Incentive Plans, profit sharing plans and bonus plans. For purposes of establishing the length of service under any tax-qualified retirement plans or health and welfare benefit plans Officer's employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced upon Officer's first hour of service and for all other benefit plans or programs of Corporation, Officer’s employment with Corporation will be deemed to have commenced on the Effective Date.
