Offices, Camps, and Miscellaneous Facilities. All costs of maintaining any offices, sub-offices, camps warehouses, housing, and other facilities of the Contractor and/or Affiliates directly serving the Petroleum Operations either within Georgia or elsewhere. If such facilities serve operations in addition to the Petroleum Operations the costs shall be allocated to the properties served on an equitable basis approved by the Parties.
