Official City Holidays Clause Samples

The 'Official City Holidays' clause defines which days are recognized as holidays by the city for the purposes of the agreement. It typically lists specific dates or refers to a published schedule of holidays, and may specify how these holidays affect obligations such as work schedules, deadlines, or service availability. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of non-working days, helping to prevent misunderstandings and allowing for proper planning around city-recognized holidays.
