Ofsted Inspection. The ESFA may at their discretion agree a programme of support for the Contractor to assist it in taking action to improve the quality of the Services.
Ofsted Inspection. When the College receives notification from OFSTED that the Provision is to be inspected, the College shall, on request, provide the ESFA with a copy of its quality improvement activity, and any other relevant information in accordance with the required timescale of OFSTED. The College must notify the ESFA of the date of the meeting at which OFSTED gives feedback on the inspection and allow the ESFA’s nominated representative to attend the meeting. The College must confirm to the ESFA in writing the outcome of the inspection within 5 working days of receiving the feedback from OFSTED.
Ofsted Inspection. When the HEI receives notification from Ofsted that the Activites are to be inspected, the HEI shall, upon request, provide the ESFA with a copy of its quality improvement activity, and any other relevant information in accordance with the required timescale of Ofsted. The HEI must notify the ESFA of the date of the meeting at which the Inspectorate give feedback on the inspection and allow the ESFA’s nominated representative to attend the meeting. The HEI must confirm to the ESFA in writing the outcome of the inspection within 5 working days of receiving the feedback from Ofsted.
Ofsted Inspection. 5.5.1. Should the Provider receive notification from Ofsted that the delivery of the Services is to be inspected, the Provider shall provide NCC (and the ESFA) with a copy of its quality improvement activity, and any other relevant information in accordance with the required timescale of Ofsted.
5.5.1.1. The Provider must notify NCC of the date of the meeting at which Ofsted gives feedback on the inspection and allow NCC’s nominated representative to attend the meeting
5.5.1.2. The Provider must inform NCC in writing of the outcome of such an inspection within five (5) working days of receiving feedback from Ofsted.
5.5.2. Should Ofsted assess the Services to be inadequate in any sector specific areas, NCC may, in its absolute discretion:
5.5.2.1. require the Provider to accept and comply with additional obligations relating to the improvement of the Services assessed as inadequate;
5.5.2.2. require the Provider to suspend the recruitment of Learners to, and/or to cap any growth in the Services which are assessed as inadequate;
5.5.2.3. give consideration to the part of the Services which are assessed as inadequate in its allocations when finalising the amount of Funding in any subsequent contracts between the Parties;
5.5.2.4. reduce, suspend or recover payment to the Provider in respect of that part of the Services assessed as inadequate; or
5.5.2.5. terminate this Agreement in accordance with Clause 11.
5.5.3. Should Ofsted provisionally assess the Services to be inadequate overall, NCC may, in its sole discretion:
5.5.3.1. require the Provider to accept and comply with additional Contract obligations relating to the improvement of the overall Services;
5.5.3.2. require the Provider to suspend the recruitment to, and/or to cap any growth in, those Learning Programs which are assessed as inadequate;
5.5.3.3. give consideration to the assessment of inadequate in its allocations when finalising the amount of Funding in any subsequent contracts between the Parties;
5.5.3.4. reduce, suspend or recover payment to the Provider; or
Ofsted Inspection. The Provision may be subject to inspection by Ofsted. If the Provider receives notification from Ofsted that the Provision is to be inspected, the Provider shall on request provide the ESFA with details of its quality improvement activity, and any other relevant information in accordance with the required timescale of Ofsted. The Provider must notify the ESFA of the date of the meeting at which Ofsted give feedback on the inspection and allow the ESFA’s nominated representative to attend the meeting. The Provider must confirm to the ESFA in writing the outcome of the inspection within 5 working days of receiving the feedback from Ofsted.
Ofsted Inspection. The work setting is in good standing in the sector, and is subject to the relevant inspection framework under Ofsted or other regulatory body (please state which regulatory body, if not Ofsted. )

When the Employer receives notification from OFSTED that the Provision is to be inspected, the Employer shall provide the ESFA, on request, with a copy of its quality improvement activity, and any other relevant information in accordance with the required timescale of OFSTED. The Employer must notify the ESFA of the date of the meeting at which OFSTED give feedback on the inspection and allow the ESFA’s nominated representative to attend the meeting. The Employer must inform the ESFA of the outcome of the inspection within 5 working days of receiving the feedback from OFSTED.

When the SFC receives notification from Ofsted that the Activities are to be inspected, the SFC shall, on request, provide the ESFA with a copy of its quality improvement activity, and any other relevant information in accordance with the required timescale of Ofsted. The SFC must notify the ESFA of the date of the meeting at which Ofsted give feedback on the inspection and allow the ESFA’s nominated representative to attend the meeting. The SFC must confirm to the ESFA in writing the outcome of the inspection within 5 working days of receiving the feedback from the Inspectorate.
Ofsted Inspection. Where the Services delivered under this Contract is subject to inspection by OFSTED and the inspection results in the Services in part thereof being assessed as inadequate, in accordance with the Ofsted published Common Inspection Framework, THE EFA may:
