Common use of On-Call Pay Clause in Contracts

On-Call Pay. When an employee is advised that he/she is "on call", that is, immediately available by direct telephone contact, he/she shall be paid straight time wages in accordance with the following schedule: Monday - Friday - 3 hours per day Saturdays and Sundays - 3 hours per day Holidays listed in Article 18 - 4 hours per day
