On Call/Standby Pay. Employees at a salary grade equivalent to salary grade 14 or below, and required to be on-call/standby status shall be compensated at the rate of 8% of the normal hourly rate of pay for each hour in such on-call/ standby status.

On Call/Standby Pay.
