– On Duty Pay. The University will continue the pay for witnesses reasonably required for grievance, due process and disciplinary matters processed under the terms of this Agreement. The University will continue the pay for members of the Labor Management Committee and its subcommittees when attending such meetings. In all of the above-mentioned circumstances, it is necessary for the Union member, xxxxxxx, or Chief Xxxxxxx to notify their immediate supervisor in advance of their Union activity.
