On Duty Training Block Outs. For the purpose of on-duty training, the Chief of Fire can block-out unscheduled blocks of vacation time. This block-out can only account for three (3) twenty-four (24) periods in a four (4) month period for each A, B and C shift. Block-outs may be used either singularly or consecutively.
