Onboarding. 1.1 Both Parties will complete a profile which details the roles and responsibilities expected of both parties. We will then deploy and configure basic managed VMs from a standard build template to which You can then upload or migrate applications. 1.2 A number of videos, help guides, manuals and FAQs are available to help train and instruct users so that they are up and running quickly and easily. These are available within the Knowledge Centre, accessed via Our portal. 1.3 You will be assigned a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to provide any assistance required during the first 90 days of the service.
