Common use of Ongoing Reservation Clause in Contracts

Ongoing Reservation. So long as this Warrant is outstanding, the Company shall take all actions necessary to reserve and keep available out of its authorized and unissued Common Stock, solely for the purpose of effecting the exercise of this Warrant, the number of shares of Common Stock as shall at all times after 60 days from a written demand by the Holder and from time to time thereafter as necessary to effect the exercise of this Warrant; provided that at no time shall the number of shares of Common Stock so reserved be less than the number of shares required to be reserved by Section 6(a) hereof (without regard to any limitations on conversions) (the "Required Reserve Amount").
