ONLINE PAYMENT. Payment by credit card is made possible through Barion’s Smart Gateway. When paying with a card, you will be redirected to Barion’s payment site, which means that the transaction itself takes place on a site operated by Barion in accordance with the requirements and security regulations of international card companies, rather than at our online store. We will thus be unable to access or otherwise acquire your card details or data of the pertaining bank account, in any form.
ONLINE PAYMENT. If the Financial Institution, through The Services, makes the Online Payment Service available and You authorize or a Signing Officer authorizes the use of the Online Payment Service, You acknowledge and agree, and shall ensure that each Signing Officer agrees, that:
a) if You have previously provided notice to Us that Transactions through The Services require the authorization of more than one Signing Officer, We will not allow You to use the Online Payment Service. For further certainty, You or any Signing Officer, acting alone, can authorize a Transaction through the Online Payment Service;
b) the Online Payment Service is only available in Canadian dollars from Participating Merchants;
c) Transactions for the Online Payment Service must be initiated by You or a Signing Officer through the appropriate online payment option available on the website of a Participating Merchant. For further certainty, an Initiator Delegate, Read Only Delegate, or Non Signer cannot use the Online Payment Service;
d) as soon as You or a Signing Officer authorizes a Transaction through the Online Payment Service, and provided that there are available funds or credit, the amount of the Transaction will be withdrawn from the Account or a hold will be placed in the amount of the Transaction. We will hold the Transaction amount until the Participating Merchant successfully claims the Transaction or 30 minutes have elapsed, whichever comes first. We have no obligation to and will not pay interest on the Transaction amount. To the extent permitted at law, We are deemed to have a security interest in the Transaction amount from the time the Account is held until the Participating Merchant successfully claims the Transaction or the hold is removed;
e) Transactions sent and received through the Online Payment Service are subject to number and dollar limits that may change from time to time without prior notice to You;
f) We will not be responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of funds held and limits set by Us, Interac Corp., a Participating Merchant, or a Participating Financial Institution;
g) the Financial Institution, the Participating Financial Institution, and Central 1 are entitled to pay the Transaction amount to anyone who claims to be the Participating Merchant and provides the payment authorization details within 30 minutes of the Transaction being authorized by You or a Signing Officer;

To the extent you utilize Specialty Rx's Online Payment services on the My Account webpage, you acknowledge that there cannot be a guarantee that communications or payment transactions conducted online will be absolutely secure. You further acknowledge that there may be a system failure that may limit your ability to use the Online Payment services. You agree to assume all risk and liability arising from your use of Specialty Rx's Online Payment services, including the risk of breach in the security of the communications or transactions you conduct with Specialty Rx online. Specialty Rx's Online Payment services are provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability fitness for a particular purpose or otherwise. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, banking information, credit card information or Specialty Rx account information and agree that Specialty Rx will have no obligations with regard thereto. You agree not to give your password to anyone except a close relative, guardian, friend or other person (such as a facility staff person), and that you are responsible if he/she uses your password inappropriately or violates these Terms of Use. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your Specialty Rx account. You agree to notify Specialty Rx immediately upon your discovery of an unauthorized use of your account and any other breach of security. Specialty Rx will not be responsible for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else misusing your password, banking information, credit card information and Specialty Rx account either with or without your permission. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Specialty Rx or another party due to someone else using your password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time without the permission of the account holder. If you believe your password has been lost or stolen or someone has gained access to your password without your permission, call us immediately. If you use a third-party vendor (or distributor) to pay your Specialty Rx payment and you disclose to such vendor your username, password, account number, Specialty Rx will not be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processing your payment. ONLINE PAYMENT. The Flagship by AB Tasty Service is paid for with a valid credit or debit card at the time of Online Subscription. By providing card number information, the Customer expressly authorizes AB Tasty to charge all prices, fees and charges for the Flagship by AB Tasty Service to said payment card, including recurring and non- recurring payments billed monthly or annually. In addition, the payment card provided by the Customer may be used for the payment of subsequent Orders, for late payment charges and for additional charges when the Customer exceeds the limits or thresholds of use determined in the Contract. Payments by credit or debit card are subject to approval by the card issuer. AB Tasty can in no way be held responsible if an issuer refuses to accept a credit or debit card for any reason whatsoever. Consequently, the Customer is responsible for any rejection of credit card debit or any other similar costs incurred during refused or rejected payments (unless regularized within fifteen (15) days of the date of rejection), that AB Tasty is entitled to invoice in accordance with the Contract. If the card payment is declined, or fails for any reason, AB Tasty will notify the Customer using the contact details associated with the Customer's account. AB Tasty may continue to charge the Customer's payment card for unpaid and additional charges, as well as for any other rights and remedies AB Tasty has under the Agreement and applicable law.
ONLINE PAYMENT. If we, through Electronic Services, make the Online Payment Service available and you use the Online Payment Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
(a) the following terms will have the following meanings in this section (and elsewhere in this Agreement):
ONLINE PAYMENT. The Tenants acknowledge that Tenant participation in Yardi - Rent Cafe, inclusive of any form of online payment via Yardi - Rent Cafe, is voluntary. The Tenants agree to pay a $3.00 CAD service charge for every online transaction completed by the Tenants by using Yardi - Rent Cafe.
ONLINE PAYMENT.
