Online Terms Acknowledgement. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the terms of the Cyber Subscription Renewals and Integrations Addendum available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/cyber-renewals-integrations are incorporated in and form part of the Parties’ agreement as it relates to any cybersecurity products or services sold or provided to Customer. By signing the signature block below, Customer certifies that it has read and agrees to the provisions set forth and linked on-line in this Acknowledgement. To the extent Customer is unable to access the above referenced online terms for any reason, Customer may request a paper copy from Motorola. The signatory to this Acknowledgement represents and warrants that he or she has the requisite authority to bind Customer to this Acknowledgement and referenced online terms.
