Online Xxxx Payment Service. The Online Xxxx Payment service, also known as Xxxx Pay, is one of the On-line Financial Services available through Online Banking. You may use Xxxx Pay to direct Institution to make payments from your designated, eligible checking account to the Merchants you choose in accordance with this Agreement.
Online Xxxx Payment Service. This section provides guidance on the use of our Online Xxxx Payment Service, which allows you to direct us or our Service Provider to make payments from your Accounts to Payees that you choose in accordance with this Agreement.
Online Xxxx Payment Service. This Service allows Customer to make payments to others (the “Xxxx Pay Service”). Customer may use the Xxxx Pay Service, iPay, to direct the Bank to make payments from designated account(s) to a payee. As used in this Section 25, the term “payee” is any individual, business, or merchant Customer designates as the recipient of a payment, including financial institutions. If Customer is enrolled in the Xxxx Pay Service, the terms and conditions of this Section 25 form part of this Agreement.
Online Xxxx Payment Service. In addition to the general provisions for Online Services, the following provisions apply to the Online Xxxx Payment Service.
Online Xxxx Payment Service. The Online Xxxx Payment Services (“Xxxx Payment Services”) allows you to make payments to others. Participation in Xxxx Payment Services is voluntary. In order to enroll, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Xxxx Payment Services (the “Xxxx Pay Terms and Conditions”) when you first login to Xxxx Payment Services after registration. The Xxxx Pay Terms and Conditions are controlling only as specifically applied to your use of Xxxx Payment Services. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, OR IN THE XXXX PAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, if you use Xxxx Pay Services and you are not a natural person, then the following paragraphs of the Xxxx Pay Terms and Conditions do not apply: Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers and the process for resolving errors outlined in the Errors and Questions section.

  • Fire Department Service Charge We will pay up to $500 for your liability assumed by contract or agreement for fire department charges incurred when the fire department is called to save or protect covered property from a Peril Insured Against. We do not cover fire department service charges if the property is located within the limits of the city, municipality or protection district furnishing the fire department response.   • TERMINATION OF EFT SERVICES You may terminate this Agreement or any EFT service under this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and stopping your use of your card and any access code. You must return all cards to the Credit Union. You also agree to notify any participating merchants that authority to make xxxx payment transfers has been revoked. We may also terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying you orally or in writing.   • Administrative Support Service Fees Within forty-five (45) days of the end of each calendar quarter, the Fund will make payments in the aggregate amount of 0.0625% (0.25% on an annual basis) of the average during that calendar quarter of the aggregate net asset value of the Shares computed as of the close of each business day (the "Service Fee").
