Operating Capital. It is hereby agreed that Seller shall be provided sufficient operating capital to achieve certain milestones as per a pre-approved budget. Budget and milestones must be mutually agreed upon prior to Acquisition.
Operating Capital. The Tribe and the Enterprise shall be responsible for providing the operating capital for the Enterprise and the cash necessary to cover any cash shortfalls of the Enterprise.

Operating Capital. The operating capital for the Enterprise shall be provided by MBPI or the Authority from the proceeds of the Bank Loan Documents, and MBPI shall be responsible for covering any operating capital shortfall.

Operating Capital. Lessee shall provide the appropriate amount of funds to equip and operate the casino during the term of this Agreement, in addition to the Deposit referenced below. The Lessee shall exercise reasonable skill, care and diligence in the performance of his obligations under this Agreement.

The prospective Operator must demonstrate that it has the necessary available operating capital to enable it to (i) hire the necessary personnel, (ii) pay Airport rents, operating expenses and fees and (iii) generally cover all other business operating expenses for the initial 12 start up period of the business. Operator must also demonstrate that the proposed business is projected to generate the level of revenue to sustain business operations past the initial 12 months.
