Operating Records and Reports. Operator shall maintain, at a location acceptable to Owner, the Project operating logs, records, and reports that document the operation and maintenance of the Project, all in form and substance sufficient to meet Owner's reporting requirements under the Project Agreements. Operator shall maintain current revisions of drawings, specifications, lists, clarifications and other materials related to operation and maintenance of the Project provided to Operator by Owner and vendors. Operator shall provide Owner reasonably necessary assistance in connection with Owner's compliance with reporting requirements under the Project Agreements, applicable Laws or any other agreement to which Owner is a party relating to the Project. Such assistance shall include providing reports, records, logs and other information that Owner may reasonably request as to the Project or its operation.

Contractor shall develop and maintain equipment logs, records, and reports that document the installation of the turbine engines, accessory equipment and the gearboxes, hydraulic and electrical systems and components, all in form and substance as may be reasonable required by Company. All such reports that may be submitted to any governmental authority by Facility Operator on behalf of Facility Owner shall also be provided to Facility Owner.

Operating Records and Reports. As an agent of EUPISD, ▇▇▇▇ shall abide by all confidentiality requirements imposed by law with respect to information and records about pupils of EUPISD, including but not limited to those requirements imposed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, 20 USC 1232g, Section 1136 of the Revised School Code, MCL 380.1136, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 USC 1400, et seq., and the related implementing regulations. Further, ▇▇▇▇ shall abide by all laws related to and governing the transportation of pupils as those laws apply and are implicated by this Contract and the supervisory services provided by ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇ shall not disclose any confidential or student information to any third-party without the express written consent of EUPISD.
Operating Records and Reports. Operator shall maintain operating logs, records, and reports documenting the operation and maintenance of the Plant and Plant Site, consistent with customary industry standards for industrial facilities similar to the Plant and the Plant Site, to the extent and as required to operate and maintain the Plant and the Plant Site, and maintain such records as the Company may request Operator to keep and maintain from time to time, which may include (i) results of independent third party testing evidencing the chemical change satisfying the chemical change conditions of the Letter Ruling to constitute "qualified fuels" pursuant to section 29(c)(1)(C) of the Code, (ii) quantities and Btu content of the binder and any other non-coal materials incorporated in the Briquettes, and (iii) the Btu content of the Briquettes that is attributable to coal fines and other coal material, excluding the binder and all non-coal materials. The originals of such operating logs, records, and reports shall be the property of the Company, as provided in Section 11.2, and the Company shall have the right at any time to obtain the originals (unless the originals are required by Law to remain at the Plant or the Plant Site) or, at the Company's discretion, photocopies thereof.
Operating Records and Reports. From and after the commencement of Services under this Agreement, and for at least twelve months following the applicable calendar year SCIO shall establish and maintain, in detail sufficient to allow full analysis of HGI's Assets and Services, such books, operating logs, records, accounts and reports documenting the administration, operation and maintenance of HGI's Assets (collectively, the "SCIO Records"). Complete production records will be kept in such a way that Products from the HGI's Assets can be traced from Grower Batch to its sale by a unique identifier. Product Prices shall be kept and recorded for each individual Grower. HGI shall be provided with comprehensive records of materials from each HGI Grower and the manner in which its share of the revenue from that Grower has been calculated. The SCIO Records shall be maintained in accordance with its past practices applied consistently from year to year in accordance with good industry practices.
Operating Records and Reports. ▇▇▇▇ shall make available to EUPISD Administration any such EUPISD transportation operating records that EUPISD Administration may request. Records may include: student ridership lists, EUPISD and routing, field trip assignments, work orders, inventory reports, video audit records, fleet information, EUPISD budget information, and other operational information retained by the Transportation Department. The Parties recognize that all records are the sole property of EUPISD.
Operating Records and Reports. Contractor shall promptly make available to the District any other operating records that the District may request. Contractor shall prepare and submit to the District such reports as may be reasonably requested by the District, and shall prepare and submit to the District the following reports:
(a) Per student cost reports by school location.
(b) Mileage and fuel cost reports as requested.
(c) Payment request monthly (i.e., detailed account of number of times each run is made).
