Operation Manual. The Professional shall compile and provide an Operation Manual consisting of two parts: Part One Operation Instruction shall contain all information a qualified operator needs to:
Operation Manual. The Operator shall prepare an operation manual (the “Operation Manual”) for the operation of Buses in conformity with Good Industry Practice and the provisions of this Article 16. The Operator shall provide 10 (ten) copies of a provisional operation manual (the “Provisional Operation Manual”) to the Authority no later than [30 (thirty)] days from the Appointed Date. The Authority may review the Provisional Operation Manual and convey its comments to the Operator within a period of [15 (fifteen)] days from the date of receipt thereof. The Operator shall revise the Provisional Operation Manual, as may be necessary, and provide [10 (ten)] copies of the Operation Manual, accompanied by an electronic copy thereof, no later than the [60 (sixty)] days from the Appointed Date. The Operation Manual shall be revised and updated once every year and the provisions of this Clause 16.3 shall apply, mutatis mutandis, to such revision. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that until the Operation Manual is provided hereunder, the Provisional Operation Manual shall apply.
Operation Manual. CONTRACTOR shall maintain a current operation manual specifying the operating procedures to be followed by CONTRACTOR for the Courtesy and Employee Shuttle Services. CONTRACTOR shall provide an operation manual to COUNTY Project Coordinator for approval within 14 days after award of CONTRACT. Upon COUNTY Project Coordinator’s approval, two copies of the operation manual will be provided to COUNTY Project Coordinator. Any subsequent changes or revisions to the operation manual shall be approved in writing by COUNTY Project Coordinator prior to implementation. CONTRACTOR agrees to a deduction from fee payment of $100 per day for every day the Operation Manual is submitted after the aforementioned required timeframe. Said operation manual and the operating procedures contained therein are hereby incorporated into and included as part of this CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR agrees to operate the Courtesy and Employee Shuttle Service in compliance with the provisions of the operation manual. The manual should be as specific and detailed as possible in describing CONTRACTOR’s operation of the Courtesy and Employee Shuttle Services. The following elements shall be included in the Operation Manual: Introduction and Purpose Contact Information Company Management Project Manager Shift Supervisors Customer Relations Emergency Management Resolving passenger complaints Handling of shuttle incidents / claims Maintenance Procedures Facilities Shuttles Personnel Dress and conduct codes Policy for absences and providing replacement personnel Time card procedures Invoice and Audit Procedures Manual shall include sample reporting forms such as billing reports, daily passenger counts, drivers’ logs, etc.

(a) The Recipient shall: (i) develop under terms of reference satisfactory to the Association, and furnish to the Association for its approval an operations manual for the implementation of the Project, said manual to cover monitoring and evaluation, coordination, financial management (including financial, administrative and accounting procedures, procurement, internal controls and audits), and other matters related to the institutional organization and management of the Project; and (ii) thereafter adopt such manual as shall have been approved by the Association (“Operation Manual”) and carry out the Project implementation in accordance with the Operation Manual.

(3) Lower the open/close lever of the FDC800 pipette to the bottom to widen the space between two nozzles. (4) Suck the RE liquid with pipette marked "reference" (blue). The RE liquid can be sucked by pressing and then releasing the blue lever. If the remaining reference is allowed to stand with the bottle uncovered for extended periods, it will evaporate, resulting in a change in concentration. (5) Suck the QE liquid with the pipette marked "sample" (pink). Use a new ample of control in each series of measurement. (6) Set the open/close lever to the uppermost position to minimize the space between the two nozzles.
