Operational Report Sample Clauses

Operational Report. Contractor shall maintain a record of all inspections conducted and the corrective actions taken, subject to approval of Purchaser. As part of the report, Purchaser may request that Contractor prepare a weekly operation and inspection report of the work that was performed and inspected the previous week and work that is planned for the next week. The report generally includes the areas where detail cleaning was performed and problems encountered. The report will be immediately available to Purchaser upon written request.
