Common use of Operational Supervision Clause in Contracts

Operational Supervision. MSRC will, within the limits of its available resources, at the Covered Entity's cost and expense, and in accordance with applicable law, provide operational supervision and coordination (i) for Resources, including any MSRC Subcontractor called out by MSRC prior to assignment under Section 3.04, and (ii) upon request of the Covered Entity, for any subcontractors called out by or assigned to the Covered Entity. Such supervision shall be in accordance with and subject to the overall direction and control of the Covered Entity's Incident Commander, as described in Section 3.01(a).
