Contractor shall, upon commencement of performance, provide to the Counties such current diagrams, schematics, manuals, and other Documentation necessary for the operation of the Equipment by the Counties or a third party. There shall be no additional charge for such Documentation.

Operations Documentation. All documentation maintained by Vendor will be subject to approval by ACI and will conform to the documentation standards and format agreed upon between ACI and Vendor. a. The Vendor responsibilities include the following:
(1) Develop and maintain documentation on all operations procedures, Services, Equipment, and Software for which Vendor is responsible.
(2) Incorporate Application requirements that affect Operations, along with procedural information and contact information for each Application into Process Interface Manual.
(3) Document procedures to be utilized by internal IT for the correct use of the Services, Equipment, Software, connectivity, security, and Service Desk. Confidential Exhibit A-1 — Delivery Management Services (Cross Functional)
(4) Make all documentation available in paper copies and electronically, and, wherever possible, using documentation that is Web-enabled for access by ACI.
(5) Audit documentation regularly for completeness and accuracy, and verify that all documentation is present, organized, readable, and updated.
(6) Report the resultant audit findings to ACI on a regular basis, and where it is determined that documentation is inaccurate (for example, erroneous or out of date), correct and replace such documentation.
b. ACI will document and provide to Vendor, Application requirements that affect operations, along with procedural information and contact information for each Application.
Operations Documentation. 2.4.1 The 9-1-1 Addressing Authority shall be responsible for documenting and updating applicable county processes for 9-1-1 addressing and GIS.
2.4.2 The 9-1-1 Addressing Authority shall make their processes available at NCT9-1-1’s request.

All documentation maintained as part of the Services on behalf of Company by the Supplier will be subject to review by Company and conform to the documentation standards and format agreed upon between Company and Supplier. Supplier will develop documentation in accordance with the requirements in Attachment 6-B (Policies and Procedures Manual Content) to Exhibit 6 (Governance). Any changes shall be subject to Company’s prior written approval. Supplier’s responsibilities include the following:

Operations Documentation. Ten (10) copies of "Station Operator's Manuals" shall be provided by Contractor with respect to the Repeaters, NMS and other hardware, Software or related equipment to be provided by Contractor hereunder, including:
(a) equipment configuration and functional settings;
(b) manual operation of Contractor-supplied equipment; and
(c) recommended maintenance schedules and procedures.
