Common use of Operations Pursuant to Programs and Budgets Clause in Contracts

Operations Pursuant to Programs and Budgets. Except as set forth in Section 6.2, Operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and Assets shall be acquired only pursuant to adopted Programs and Budgets. Every Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall provide for accrual of reasonably anticipated Environmental Compliance expenses for all Operations contemplated under the Program and Budget.

Except as set forth otherwise provided in Section 6.29.13, and Article XIII, Operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and Assets shall be acquired only pursuant to adopted Programs and Budgets. Every Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall provide for accrual of reasonably anticipated Environmental Compliance expenses for all Operations contemplated under the Program and Budget.

Every Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall provide for accrual of reasonably anticipated Environmental Compliance expenses for all Operations contemplated under the Program and Budget.

Except as set forth otherwise provided in Subsection 5.1(e), Section 6.29.13, and Article XIII, Operations shall be conducted, expenses shall be incurred, and Assets shall be acquired only pursuant to adopted Programs and Budgets. Every Program and Budget adopted pursuant to this Agreement shall provide for cash accrual of reasonably anticipated Environmental Compliance expenses for all Operations contemplated under the Program and Budget.Budget in accordance with Paragraph 2.14 of Exhibit B.
