REPORTING LOCATION TRAVEL Transit reserves the right to designate the storage location for any vehicle as well as the location at which any employee is required to report to work. Prior to designating any storage or reporting location other than at a transit centre, Transit will consult with the Union. Where employees relieve on the road, such relief locations will be designated only where conventional transit service is available to arrive within thirty (30) minutes and enables the employee to return to the point of origin. Operators shall be paid ten minutes report time for taking buses out of the designated storage location and five (5) minutes lay up time for returning vehicles to the designated storage location. Travel time will be established and paid in accordance with Article O except that such time will be considered as a straight time allowance, and is not considered as time worked.
