Common use of Opinion of Depositary’s Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opinion of Depositary’s Counsel. At the Closing Time, the Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated as of Closing Time, of Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Depositary, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit C-1 hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.

Opinion of Depositary’s Counsel. At the Closing TimeTime and each Date of Delivery, the Representatives shall have received an opinion, dated as of Closing TimeTime or such Date of Delivery, as the case may be, of Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx & Xxxxx Xxxxxx & Xxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Depositary, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit C-1 hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.

At the Closing Time, the Representatives Representative shall have received an the favorable opinion, dated as of Closing Time, of Xxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Associates LLP, counsel for the Depositary, in form and substance satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters, together with signed or reproduced copies of such letter for each of the other Underwriters, to the effect set forth in Exhibit C-1 E hereto and to such further effect as counsel to the Underwriters may reasonably request.

Opinion of Depositary’s Counsel.
