OPPORTUNITIES AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST. (a) Any of the Partners may engage or possess an interest in any other business venture of every kind, nature and description, including ventures or enterprises which may be competitive in nature with the Venture, and neither the Venture nor any of the Partners shall have any rights in and to said business ventures, or to the income or profits derived therefrom.
