Common use of Opportunity for Counsel Clause in Contracts

Opportunity for Counsel. Each Party acknowledges it has had an opportunity to consult with an attorney of its choosing before entering into the Agreement. Each Party agrees that no rule of construction should be applied to construe any term of the Agreement more strictly against any one Party.
