Opt-Out Program. X. Xxxxxxxx to the City Procedure for waiver of medical insurance and election of cash payment, except as modified herein, members of the bargaining unit currently enrolled in a City medical insurance plan will be allowed to opt out of the City's health care plan, at times provided by the City, provided the employee submits proof of coverage from another source other than a City provided medical insurance plan,
Opt-Out Program. Regular, full-time employees who are eligible for the Township's health insurance shall be entitled to participate in an Employer-sponsored opt-out program. Employees are required to show that they have bona fide health care coverage elsewhere that includes the employee (from other than Pittsfield Charter Township) before said employee will be eligible to participate in the opt-out program. A participating employee will be entitled to accrue an annual payment of $3,000 which shall be divided equally among the monthly billing periods during which said health care insurance coverage was not provided by the Township under the conditions set forth herein.
Opt-Out Program. To the extent the Employer offers a medical insurance opt-out program to other non-represented City employees generally, such program shall be made available to bargaining unit employees at the same time and on the same terms.
Opt-Out Program. Subject to Sections 3.3 (Quantities), 3.4 (Monthly Report), and 4 (Transfer and Delivery Obligation), REC Supplier shall sell Voluntary RECs to Purchaser in a quantity that meets one hundred percent (100%) of the Voluntary RECs required to serve Municipal Aggregator’s Participating Consumers who choose the Opt-out Program. The Opt-out Program, including the type of RECs to be provided, shall be as further specified in Exhibit A.
Opt-Out Program. (a.) The Company will implement an opt out program in which Employees who provide sufficient proof or certification of alternative health insurance coverage can choose to receive a payment for the health insurance portion of the contribution set forth above (less applicable tax and withholding) in lieu of health insurance coverage provided by the Company.
Opt-Out Program. Employees are eligible for the (Opt-Out Program) Health Insurance Benefit Option Program a policy offered through the City of Chelsea. As of May 2009, employees who participate in the City’s Health Insurance plan for five uninterrupted years are eligible for an incentive payment for opting out of the City’s plan (the policy is subject to change by the City of Chelsea at any time) Information can be obtained from the School Personnel Office or the City Human Resources Department.
