Optional Repurchase or Transfer of Mortgage Loans. Notwithstanding any provision in Section 3.07 above to the contrary, the Master Servicer, at its option and in its sole discretion, may repurchase any Mortgage Loan delinquent in payment for a period of ninety (90) days or longer for a price equal to the Repurchase Price, provided that any such repurchase shall occur only during the 60-day period commencing on the first day of the next calendar month.
