Optional Task. An optional task is included in the total budget to provide an assessment of the critical portions of the Land Use and Community Design Elements of the 2040 General Plan, should that be necessary for certification. The budget table below includes the original budget, anticipated additional meetings, costs for additional draft preparation, and production costs.
Optional Task. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Deputy Xxxxxxx, will continue to work one-day a week for a total of one year to offer mentoring opportunities to the new senior planner. Such assistance might include guidance on grant writing, Regional Transportation Plan assistance (update to begin in the fall 2024), and support with planning projects within the Overall Work Program. Costs related to the optional task will be covered through cost-savings that were achieved by DBC staff in the previous planning contract. The fully weighted billing rate for Xx. Xxxxxx’x one day per week position is lower overall because the part-time position will not include benefits. Optional Task. 1 – Platform Operations and Maintenance: Upon execution of this optional task, the contractor shall provide all services within section 5.2.1 above for VSP Technical Operations and Maintenance services for the Base Period and each Option Period. All Deliverables associated with paragraphs 5.2.1 above shall also apply to any Optional Tasks exercised under this paragraph. This optional task may be exercised, up to the number of times listed in the Schedule of Deliverables, per period of performance.
Optional Task. This task requires separate authorization by City and provides contingency funding for unforeseen work.
Optional Task. Over the course of the 12-month subscription to AirDNA, CONTRACTOR will prepare up to two additional technical analysis table sets as provided in the final memorandum and provide up to three summarized data updates to the County, as requested by the County.
Optional Task. KHA can prepare and provide visual renderings and custom animation to illustrate interactions between pedestrian, bicycle, and vehicle operations or other project specific concerns that may arise from the first and/or second public meeting.
Optional Task. 6 – Improve the Platform: Upon execution of this optional task, the contractor shall provide all services within section 5.5 above for Improve the Platform for the Base Period and each Option Period. All Deliverables associated with paragraphs 5.5 above shall also apply to any Optional Tasks exercised under this paragraph. This optional task may be exercised, up to the number of times listed in the Schedule of Deliverables, per period of performance.
Optional Task. Additional Laboratory Testing (hydraulic placement)
Optional Task. Hybrid Community Open House: Xxxxxx will prepare for and lead a community open house in an open-air or large room environment with various activities to engage on topics integral to the study, such as parking concerns, access and mobility conditions, commercial delivery, areas for activation, connection to existing efforts, and more. The open house will include a virtual access option for people who would like to attend the event but would rather access boards/games and provide feedback on their computer or mobile devices.
Optional Task. Follow-On Production Follow-on production of finished doses of vaccine up to 560M doses.
