Optional Task. An optional task is included in the total budget to provide an assessment of the critical portions of the Land Use and Community Design Elements of the 2040 General Plan, should that be necessary for certification. The budget table below includes the original budget, anticipated additional meetings, costs for additional draft preparation, and production costs.
Optional Task. In our experience with the City and the complexities associated with the LMAD and property owner involvement, more in‐depth inquiries received directly from City staff may require in‐depth research, as well as drafting a detailed response. In the past there have been instances when the City’s Attorney has had to review and provide feedback as well. Inquires of this nature will require more than seventy‐two (72) hours to address and be coordinated on a time and materials basis or agreed upon fee, to be discussed in advance with the City.
Optional Task. This task requires separate authorization by City and provides contingency funding for unforeseen work.
Optional Task. 1 – Platform Operations and Maintenance: Upon execution of this optional task, the contractor shall provide all services within section 5.2.1 above for VSP Technical Operations and Maintenance services for the Base Period and each Option Period. All Deliverables associated with paragraphs 5.2.1 above shall also apply to any Optional Tasks exercised under this paragraph. This optional task may be exercised, up to the number of times listed in the Schedule of Deliverables, per period of performance.
Optional Task. Over the course of the 12-month subscription to AirDNA, CONTRACTOR will prepare up to two additional technical analysis table sets as provided in the final memorandum and provide up to three summarized data updates to the County, as requested by the County.

Costs related to the optional task will be covered through cost-savings that were achieved by DBC staff in the previous planning contract.
