Optionee's Successors. All rights of the Optionee hereunder shall inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by, the Optionee's personal or legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, heirs, distributees, devisees and legatees. Optionee shall have no right to assign any of his obligations or duties under this Amendment to any other person or entity.
