Common use of Oral Evidence Clause in Contracts

Oral Evidence. This Agreement and the Employment Agreement constitutes the entire agreement on the subject matter hereof between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof. Neither this Agreement nor any provision hereof may be changed, waived, discharged or terminated except by a statement in writing signed by the party or parties against which enforcement or the change, waiver discharge or termination is sought.

This Agreement Agreement, along with the 2011 Plan and the Employment Agreement constitutes Agreement, constitute the entire agreement on the subject matter hereof between the parties hereto and supersedes all prior oral and written agreements between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.
