Oral Statements Clause Samples

Oral Statements. No oral statement of any person shall modify or otherwise affect the terms, conditions, or specifications stated in this Contract. All modifications to the Contract must be made in writing by the Owner.

Oral Statements. It is understood and agreed that the written terms and provisions of the Contract Documents shall supersede all oral statements of the Owner, Architect, Contractor and their representatives, and that oral statements shall not be effective or be construed as being a part of this Contract.

Oral Statements. No oral statement of any person shall modify or otherwise affect the terms, conditions, or specifications stated in this Agreement. All modifications to the Agreement must be made in writing by the MDEQ and agreed to by SUBRECIPIENT.

Oral Statements. The Appellate Review Body, in its sole discretion, may allow the parties or their representatives to personally appear and present oral statements. Any party or representative appearing shall be required to answer questions of any member of the Appellate Review Body.

Oral Statements. IN MAKING AN INVESTMENT DECISION WITH RESPECT TO THE UNITS, SUCH PURCHASER IS NOT RELYING ON ORAL STATEMENTS MADE BY REPRESENTATIVES OF ANY OF THE COMPANY OR THE PLACEMENT AGENT, ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, OR ANY OTHER PERSON. PURCHASER’S INVESTMENT DECISION IS BASED SOLELY ON WRITTEN INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
