Order of priority in application. In case of inconsistencies between the agreement(s) executed between the Parties, applicable Law including rules and regulations framed thereunder, the order of priority as between them shall be the order in which they are placed below:
i. applicable Law, rules and regulations framed thereunder;
ii. the Grid Code; and
iii. the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
Order of priority in application. Save as provided in Article 2.5, in case of inconsistencies between the terms and conditions stipulated in Transmission License issued by the Commission to the TSP, agreement(s) executed between the Parties, applicable Law including rules and regulations framed thereunder, the order of priority as between them shall be the order in which they are placed below: • terms and conditions of Transmission License; • applicable Law, rules and regulations framed thereunder; • this Agreement; • Agreement(s), if any, under Sharing Regulations.

1. Commissioning procedure, which forms part of Schedule-D of the BESPA. The indicative Single Line Diagrams & GA report and form part of Schedule G of the BESPA.

i. RfS issued by SECI including its Amendments and Clarifications
ii. the terms and conditions of this Agreement including the Agreement for Setting up of Solar Manufacturing Plant;
iii. applicable Law, rules and regulations framed thereunder; and
iv. the Grid Code;

1. Commissioning procedure, which forms part of Schedule-3 of the BESPA, has been issued separately, as part of the Amendments. The indicative Single Line Diagrams also have been uploaded separately, and form part of Schedule3 of the BESPA.
2. Additional details pertaining to the site identified for the Project, have been issued separately, and form part of Annexure-E of the RfS.
