Ordering – Line Splitting. 3.9.1 Ruddata shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation CFA for use with Line Splitting.
3.9.2 BellSouth shall provide Ruddata the LSR format to be used when ordering Line Splitting service.
3.9.3 BellSouth will provision Line Splitting service in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
Ordering – Line Splitting. 3.9.1 International Telnet shall use BellSouth’s LSOD to order splitters from BellSouth and to activate and deactivate DS0 Collocation CFA for use with Line Splitting.
3.9.2 BellSouth shall provide International Telnet the LSR format to be used when ordering Line Splitting service.
3.9.3 BellSouth will provision Line Splitting service in compliance with BellSouth’s Products and Services Interval Guide available at the website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx.
3.9.4 BellSouth will provide International Telnet access to Preordering LMU in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BellSouth shall bill and International Telnet shall pay the rates for such services as described in Exhibit A.
3.9.5 BellSouth will provide Loop modification to International Telnet on an existing Loop in accordance with procedures developed in the Line Sharing Collaborative. High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Unbundled Loop Modification is a separate distinct service from Unbundled Loop Modification set forth in Section 2.5 of this Attachment. Procedures for High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Unbundled Loop Modification may be found on the web at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/html/unes.html. Nonrecurring rates for this offering are as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.
