Common use of Ordinary Business Hours Clause in Contracts

Ordinary Business Hours. Whenever used in the Lease or in these rules and regulations, the ordinary business hours of the Building shall be from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Saturday of each week, excluding the legal holidays of New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and any other holidays observed by owners of comparable buildings.
