Organizational Structure. Owner shall not: (a) fail to preserve its existence as an entity duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the Applicable Law of the jurisdiction of its organization or formation. (b) engage in any type of business not reasonably related to the Project, including, without limitation, the acquisition, construction, development, operation and equipping of the Project and portions thereof.
