Original Agreement. Except as expressly amended above, all other terms and conditions of the original Agreement are still in full force and effect. Agency certifies that the representations, warranties and certifications in the original Agreement are true and correct as of the effective date of this Amendment and with the same effect as though made at the time of this Amendment.
Original Agreement. This Agreement amends and restates the Original Agreement in its entirety.
Original Agreement. Except as expressly provided in this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the Amendment Period.
Original Agreement. Unless expressly amended herein, all other terms and provisions of the original Agreement between the Parties, including any prior amendments to the Agreement, shall be and remain in full force and effect. In the event any of the prior amendments to the Agreement conflict with this Amendment, the provisions of this Amendment shall prevail.
Original Agreement. This Addendum is being added to the purchase agreement between the Parties, dated [MM/DD/YYYY], for the property located at [PROPERTY ADDRESS] (“Original Agreement”).
Original Agreement. Except as otherwise modified, amended, or supplemented by this Supplemental Agreement, the Original Agreement between the parties shall remain in full force and effect and shall extend and apply to this Supplemental Agreement as if fully written in this Supplemental Agreement.
Original Agreement. All references in the Original Agreement to the “Agreement” shall be deemed to be references to the Original Agreement, as amended hereby.
Original Agreement. The Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of January 1, 2013, by and among the Depositor, the Master Servicer, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Securities Administrator, and the Trustee.
Original Agreement. The term “Original Agreement” shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.
Original Agreement. The Original Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, shall continue in full force and effect after the date hereof.
