If this Global Note is designated on the face hereof as an Original Issue Discount Note, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Global Note, upon the redemption, repayment or acceleration of the Stated Maturity of this Global Note there shall be payable, in lieu of the Principal Amount due at the Stated Maturity hereof, an amount equal to the Amortized Face Amount of this Global Note.
