OTCBB Listing. (a) The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to cause the HAIDA GWAI Shares, subject to Rule 144, to be traded on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTC:BB).
(b) Between the date hereof and the Effective Time, HAIDA GWAI shall furnish to E-RENTER LTD., and E-RENTER will furnish to HAIDA GWAI, within 25 business days after the end of each quarter, quarterly statements prepared by such party in conformity with its past practices) as of the last day of the period then ended.
(c) Each of the parties hereto will hold and will cause its consultants and advisers to hold in confidence all documents and information furnished to it in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
OTCBB Listing. The ADA-ES Common Shares shall have been approved for listing on the OTCBB, subject to official notice of issuance.
OTCBB Listing. Acquisition shall provide such information as may be reasonably requested by OTCBB relating to the continued listing of the Company's Common Stock on OTCBB.
OTCBB Listing. Buyer’s common stock is traded on the FINRA OTC Bulletin Board and is not subject to any notice of suspension or delisting.
OTCBB Listing. The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to cause the WREI Shares, subject to Rule 144, to be traded on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board (OTC:BB).
OTCBB Listing. The Parent Common Shares issuable to the Company stockholders pursuant to this Agreement shall have been authorized for listing on the OTCBB.
OTCBB Listing. The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to cause the RPDT Shares, subject to Rule 144, to be traded on the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTC:BB).
OTCBB Listing. The Sxxxxx Recording Common Stock shall continue to be listed on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol “SELR.”
OTCBB Listing. The parties shall use all reasonable efforts to locate an authorized market maker to submit the Shares for trading on the FINRA Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTC:BB) as soon as practicable following the Effective Time.
OTCBB Listing. The Gold Bag Shares are listed for trading on the OTCBB under the symbol “GBGI”.
