OTCBB Quotation. The Parent shall have maintained its status as a Company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Acquiror Company shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Denali shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. The common stock of URM shall be quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board.
OTCBB Quotation. Each of Pantheon, Pantheon Arizona or Pantheon Cayman, as appropriate, shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock or ordinary shares, as the case may be, and warrants are quoted on the OTCBB and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. The Parent shall have maintained the eligibility of the Parent Stock for quotation on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no event or circumstance shall exist on the Closing Date that would cause, or could reasonably be expected to cause, the Parent Stock to cease to be so eligible within forty-five (45) days following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. CYIX shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the OTC Bulletin Board maintained by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. The Pubco shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Indoor Harvest shall have maintained its status as a company whose common stock is quoted on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
OTCBB Quotation. Premier shall have maintained its status as a Company whose common stock is eligible for quotation or listing on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board and no reason shall exist as to why such status shall not continue immediately following the Closing.
